GreatFX is a good option for someone looking for an in-depth business card design editor. With twenty four different categories, it’s easy to find a template that works for you. The design editor is thorough and allows for a high level of flexibility. You start with a blank image of your card and a list of creation tools. Then you select a background for your card, followed by a text layout that you can change at any point. Once you select a text layout, you can begin to enter your desired text and text color through a design editor pop-up box.

The "Preview" function allows you to enter text into the text boxes and instantly get an idea of what your finished card will look like. Once you have your information on the card, you can adjust and move it by scrolling over the text and dragging it to any location on the card. GreatFX is also one of the few companies which actually allow you to manually draw straight lines on your card.  The option for raised print business cards is an exceptional feature and something rarely offered by online business card companies. It should be noted that printing images (i.e. your logo) on a card with raised print is not available.

Our Breakdown

The cards we received from GreatFX were an accurate representation of the card we designed online. The layout resembled the exact one we had chosen during the card creation process, and the raised print looked professional. When ordering raised print, keep in mind that your cards are going to be printed on bright white paper, which you may or may not want. GreatFX offers reliable and affordable raised print business cards.

Though we had a positive experience creating our business cards with GreatFX, they do not offer phone or chat support and usually take 1-2 days to respond to email inquiries, which is typical for business card companies.

They offer electronic proofs (pretty standard) but do not offer a printed proof.

One unique feature is that they accept PayPal as well as other major credit card providers.

Guarantee

They offer no money-back guarantee. GreatFX’s recommendation is that you have a graphic designer create your initial card design in-house. Then, they recommend you send them an image file of the card you have designed. This allows you to have complete control over what the card will look like in the end.
